This is the big word we can not deny in our everyday life: LOVE.  Some get scared out of it and most live by it.  But if you really ask yourself: Is Love good for you or is it not?  Most people would right away say that it’s a good thing.  But those who say yes rarely know why it’s good. 

 

They say it’s good ‘cause everyone else says it’s good.  If it’s so good then why you often feel hurt because of love.  People get divorced everyday, couples broke up, spouse cheating on each other, a father and his son fighting, mothers abandon their child, and so on.  Now, love suddenly becomes the greatest enemy ‘cause it hurts.  Love Hurts.

 

The expression of “Love Hurts” totally contradicts to what always have been believed that love is a good thing.  Anything that hurts you must be BAD, right?  Suddenly we get confused is love good for you or actually bad.  People who divorced don’t believe anymore in love and so as to those who broke up with their couples, abandoned by their family, and other “Love Hurts” experiences.  More and more people are afraid and are losing their FAITH toward loving.  They begin to question the commitment to love.

 

What will I get at the end?

 Is loving really worthwhile after all?

 

We’ve all been there.

 

The answer came to me a couple years back and still lives by it ‘till today.  That only makes sense if you stop and think about it.  When we love someone, we put our highest hope to that person.  Hope that the person will say I love you, hope that the person will give you flowers, hope that the person will never shout at you, hope that the person will put you at the first priority on top of everything else…and on…and on – until that person will become 100% according to your ideal expectation. 

 

And when the day comes that one or more hope is broken, that’s when you feel love hurts you.  We can hope in a variety kind of ways from the simplest form of saying “I love you” to the extreme side of “don’t talk to anyone else except me.”  Suddenly before we realize, our expression of love has become the ideal expectation of our own ego.  Do we really believe that to love is to put the loved one behind a cage of our own ego and idealistic?

LOVE IS GOOD

To be able to love is one’s amazing gift.  To love then you must hope.  But remember, too much hope will hurt you.  Balance it.  Balance between your own expectation and your loved one’s true nature.  Only then you will learn to respect each other.  Learn to accept things the way they are.  Not everything that we know is good is actually good in other situation or on other person.  A good hair style according to you may not fit for the style of your loved one.  A good movie for you may not be good for others.  We have so many differences from one person to another.

Learn to balance it, then you will find your life and love balanced itself for you.

Give Me A Break…!!!

Do you find yourself saying (give me a break!) deep somewhere in your heart and mind?

 

GOOD….Very Good…Why? What am I saying?

 

Good, because you have just taken the first step:  realizing that you need a break. 

 

So, why don’t you give yourself a break?

Why do you persist on working yourself out?

Why do you keep on pushing yourself?

Why do you treat yourself like a robot?

 

Our body and mind has their limit too.  Finding the balance in every aspect of your life is important to find a balanced state of your body, mind and life itself.  If you spend more on your work, then when are you going to enjoy what you’ve earned?!  If you rarely work and enjoying yourself too much, then when are you going to earn and achieve anything?!  And that goes for everything else in life.

 

Here’s my advice: GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK

 

And if right now, you find yourself saying “but I can’t, I have to do this and that” or you can’t find the right reason for you to take a break.

 

Stop and Think About It: DO YOU REALLY NEED A REASON TO GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK?

 

We’re talking about YOU.  You eat, drink, play, and work everyday for who? For YOU.  You are the being you live your life for. You are the first reason you live and do everything that you do.  You are the one precious and important being.  You don’t need a reason just to give your self a break. Just take one for your own sake.  That simple.

 

Let loose yourself.  Let go everything, every burden, problem, every thoughts in your mind, in you heart that you carry with you right now.  Take a really deep breath.  Take it again and again and again slowly as you take each deep breath.  Feel that peace is coming to you and entering your mind, your body through every single cell in your body.  Be grateful for what you already have.  Continue until you feel calm and more calm every breath you take.

 

After you mind and heart calm and clear in your heart and mind.  The next is simple.  Think about what you really want to do now.

 

Do you feel like going on vacation?

Do you feel like swmming on the beach?

Do you feel like going hiking?

Do you feel like taking on a bicycle ride?

Do you feel like kissing everyone you meet?

 

Imagine about anything that you’d really like to do now, feel free to want things you’ve wanted to do or have.  And I suggest you do something positive because it will give you positive feedback in life ahead.

 

Here’s what you do next: STOP THINKING, JUST DO IT

 

Make a promise that you will do it now.  If you need to set a date and make a plan. Then DO IT NOW.  Start enjoying your life is not a sin, it’s something you deserve.

 

At The end, you don’t want end up doing things only because you have to for the rest of your life.  But do something you want to seems to make more sense for a better quality of life.

If you’re wondering if i just won lottery, no i’m not.  Or did i just swallow an ecstasy that makes me this high spirit.  Of course not.  Then why am i so cheerful and alive? Because i CHOOSE to be so darn happy and alive.  How So?

In life we may have enemies.  But do you want to know which one is the biggest enemy of all?  Try to list of all the things you hate.  Your neighboors maybe, your teacher, the rain,  the sun that shines too hot, the slow car on the highway, the credit card bills that kept on coming, the boss that always give you something to do, the spouse who just can’t stop nagging, and on …and on…the list just goes on.

If you stop and think about it, you can actually think of something negative on all things in life.  Or you can be grateful and see things in a positive way for all things in life.  Here’s an example, the rain, yupe its wet, and it makes your clothes wet, it’s a hassel to bring an umbrella, it can even make you sick.  But it also makes the plants grow, cleanses the air while doing it and makes the air cool and breeze. That works in everything in life.

So who do you think your biggest enemy of all? Yes, It’s YOU.  We are capable of thinking, acting, living in a great positive way but many times we only choose the negatives to live by.  When we think negative, we will then talk negative, then we do something negative, then before we realize we live our enitre life negatively.  Now ask again, this is what you want? Absolutely NOT.  No one wants to live that way.  Then STOP doing It.

You have the power to choose.  Freewill is one beautiful thing in life.  Yes we all born with it, Freewill.  Stop complaining about the sun shines too hot today.  Be grateful that it still shines that hot, or would you rather live where it’s dark and snowing every day.  Stop complaining about the car that drives slow on the highway.  They’re just being a safety driver, maybe you should do the same.  Don’t complain about your work, be grateful that you still earn a good amount of income, or would you rather be completely jobless and live on the street. START CHOOSE To Be POSITIVE NOW, Be grateful.

If you do that, be positive, you will attract even more good things in life.  From that simple but POWERFUL step, you will see changes in your life – Believe it.  You will suddenly feel good about yourself, about your life, about your surrounding that will in return give back all the positive energy to attract even more great things in every aspect of your life.

Loose yourelf, let your life be magical, be magnificently great because we know that we have the power to do that.  We deserve to live GOOD LIFE.
